Kids Choir Information
3 Performance Times:
- December 14th at 7pm
- December 15th at 4pm & 7pm
Weekly Rehearsals (in Hangar):
- Sundays 11a-12p (During 2nd Service)
- Nov. 17, 24 & Dec. 1
DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS:
- Drop off at the Hangar (north end of the parking lot)
- Check in begins at 10:50am
- Pick up at the Hangar directly after service at 12pm.
Run-through (on stage):
- Sunday, Dec. 8th, 2:30-3:30
Dress Rehearsal:
- Thursday, Dec. 12th, 6pm-7pm
Costume Requirements (Penguins):
- Black long sleeve T-shirt
- Black pants or jeans
- Orange socks (worn over pants)
- Black shoes
- The rest will be supplied
Parent Volunteers Needed:
We’re looking for parents to help during rehearsals:
- 10:45 AM – 12:15 pm on November 17, 24, & December 1st.
- 2:15 PM – 3:45 PM on December 8th (run-through).
- 5:45 PM -7:15 PM on December 12th (dress rehearsal).
- All volunteers must be Airborne Kids approved with a background check (we’ll reach out via email).
Ticket Information:
This year, kids will perform at the beginning of each show and are free to leave afterward. Please pick up your child at the youth theater directly after their performance or during intermission (except for cast/crew parents).
We encourage you to stay and enjoy the rest of the show with your child. Prior to ticket sales, we’ll email parents with a discount code for tickets for parents and participating children.
Snacks During Show:
We will be collecting snacks for the week of the show. If you’re able to donate, please sign up here and bring items during the Dress Rehearsal. We are looking for:
- Mini water bottles
- Cheese sticks
- Individual bags of popcorn
- Crackers / Goldfish
- Sliced hard bolognas or sausages
- Tangerines/Halos
