About BT Conf
Breakthrough Conference is a powerful 3-day experience in Martinsburg, WV, designed for Middle School (completed 6th grade) and High School students. This event is filled with dynamic sessions, meaningful connections, and unforgettable moments that create space for both fun and deep spiritual growth.
At the heart of Breakthrough Conference is a passion to see young people encounter the presence of God in a real and personal way. Through passionate praise and worship, impactful messages, and multiple sessions with keynote speaker Nathan Finochio, students will be challenged, inspired, and equipped to grow in their faith.
Throughout the weekend, students will also enjoy a day at River Riders, experiencing adventure on the water while building friendships and making lasting memories.
We believe this will be more than just an event—it’s a moment for breakthrough. We’ve seen countless students hear the voice of God for themselves and return home transformed, empowered, and ready to step into all that God has called them to be.
Forms
All students must complete the required forms. The River Riders waiver needs to be completed online, and the transportation consent form must be downloaded, printed, and signed by a parent or guardian. All forms must be turned in on or before June 29th. Printed copies of the transportation consent form are also available at Airborne if needed.
Packing list
River Riders - Tuesday, June 30
Students will be traveling to River Riders in the afternoon. Please make sure your student comes prepared with the following:
- Swimsuit (appropriate for girls)
- Towel
- Sunscreen
- Sandals/Flip Flops for the lake
- Change of clothes for the evening session
- Deodorant
Tribal Wars • Wednesday, July 1
In the afternoon, we will be hosting Tribal Wars, so students may want a fresh change of clothes for the evening session. Please ensure your student brings:
- Sunscreen
- Change of clothes for the evening session
- Deodorant
- Closed-toed shoes (preferably sneakers)
